Canister Purge Control Valve: Procedures
Replacing The Canister Purge (CP) Valve
Location of the canister purge (CP) valve
The canister purge (CP) valve is located on the upper left hand side of the radiator.
Removing the canister purge (CP) valve

Turbocharged engines: Remove the splash guards over the engine.

Disconnect the connector.

Make a note of the routing of the air hoses.

Press the catch together. Lift off the valve.

Turbocharged engines: lift the catch upwards. Lift the valve off upwards.

Remove the clamps. Remove the hoses.
