Insert a wire in the pipe on the seat belt tensioner. This is to check the position of the piston.

 Position A:

the seat belt tensioner has deployed.

Replace both the seat belt tensioners.

 Position B:

the seat belt tensioner has not deployed.

Replacing the seat belt tensioner, general

If possible, move the seat to its lowest position

-

Detach the mounting for the seat belt from the seat.
