Condition
The function of the battery is to store electrical energy that can be used later when the generator (GEN) is not charging - for parking lamps and starting
the engine for example. The battery also operates as an energy reserve when the capacity of the generator (GEN) is insufficient and needs to be
supplemented.

Note! This test assumes that no relevant diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) are stored for the symptom.
Check the battery leads at the battery, the bodywork and the starter motor.
If the terminals are not properly tightened, the battery cannot deliver sufficiently high voltage to the starter motor.
