Route cable along front of car, above radiator. Use 3 clips [1, 2, 3] on harness to attach harness to coolant overflow hose.

Route cable between battery and fuse box, using wire ties to secure cable to existing harness at front of fuse box.

Install positive (red) cable at fuse box. Reinstall fuse. Tighten to 5 Nm /4 Lb-Ft.

Install negative (black) cable at previously removed ground connection. Tighten to 10 Nm /8 Lb-Ft.

Connect the smaller electrical connector to the power steering pump.

Finishing work

Fill with power steering fluid up to the mark on the reservoir. Use Volvo power steering fluid, part no. 30741424.
