16. Check that the crankshaft pulley and camshaft pulleys are at TDC.
17. If either camshaft is not at TDC, remove the timing belt and adjust the positioning following the procedure, then reinstall the timing belt.
18. After installation, adjust the Power Steering (P/S) pump belt.

When Reusing Belt 

NOTE:  This procedure if followed when reusing the timing belt. Install the timing belt in the reverse order of removal; Only key points are described

NOTE:  Clean the upper and lower covers before installing.
