Ambient Temperature Sensor

Self-diagnosis indicator light G comes on: Indicates a problem in the Ambient Temperature Sensor Circuit.

The ambient temperature sensor is a temperature dependant resistor (thermistor). The resistance of the thermistor decreases as the temperature outside
the car increases.
