Push on the loosened bolts to show the clearance in the linkage. Install shims on one side or both sides of the seat base linkage, as needed. Rock
the seat-back from side to side to assist with the installation of the shims.
NOTE:
Use as many shims as necessary to eliminate the clearance but no more than four shims per side. Do not force the shims into place.

Torque the four T-30 Torx bolts to 10 N.m (7.4 lb-ft).
5.
Move the seat assembly back to the midpoint position, and check for side-to-side looseness.
