Rear A/C Line Replacement
Removal
1. Recover the refrigerant with a recovery/recycling/charging station.
2. Disconnect the rear A/C suction line (A) and receiver line (B) at the front evaporator.
3. Remove the screws from the two clamps (A) along the engine compartment bulkhead, then free the rear A/C lines (B) from the clamps.
4. Raise the vehicle on a hoist, and remove the left front wheel.
5. Remove the 6 mm flange nut from the A/C line clamps/bracket (A) above the steering rack on the driver's side. Remove the screw (B) from the
A/C line bracket and the screw from the clamp (C) next to the steering rack.
