12. Remove the bolt, and free the center lower channel.
13. Driver's door: Pull both side flanges of the retainer outward, and pull the middle portion of the outer casing cover out, then disconnect the door lock
cylinder cable from the latch.
14. Remove the bolt, then remove the spacer by sliding it around the projection on the handle.
