Power Seat Motor: Testing and Inspection

Driver's Power Seat Motor Test
1. Remove the driver's seat See: Service and Repair/Front Seat Removal/Installation.
2. Remove the back cover for recline motor See: Seat Cover/Service and Repair/Front Seat-back Cover/Pad Replacement.
3. Disconnect the connector from each power seat motor.
NOTE: All connectors are terminal side of male terminals.
4. Test each motor by connecting power and ground according to the table. When the motor stops running, disconnect battery power immediately.
