Troubleshoot the keyless access touch sensor of the affected front door outer handle(s):

Refer to the Body Electrical section of the appropriate service manual, or

Online, enter keyword TOUCH, and select Keyless Access System Touch Sensor Circuit Troubleshooting from the list.

If troubleshooting indicates that the touch sensor needs to be replaced, go to REPAIR PROCEDURE.

If troubleshooting indicates that the touch sensor does not need replacing, this bulletin does not apply. Continue with normal troubleshooting.
If the troubleshooting indicates that the touch sensor needs to be replaced, go to REPAIR PROCEDURE.
REPAIR PROCEDURE
Replace the affected front door outer handle(s):

Refer to the Body Electrical section of the appropriate manual, or

Online, enter keywords DOOR HANDLE, then select Front Door Outer Handle Replacement from the list.
