Passenger's Under-dash Fuse/Relay Box Removal/Installation

Removal
1. Do the battery terminal disconnection procedure. See: Starting and Charging/Battery/Service and Repair/Procedures
2. Remove the right front door sill trim and right kick panel. See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Scuff Plate/Service and Repair/Interior

3. Disconnect the connectors from the passenger's under-dash fuse/relay box (A).
4. Remove the mounting bolts and remove the passenger's under-dash fuse/relay box.
5. Carefully remove the relays using the relay puller, then release the tab (B) and remove the right kick panel mounting bracket (C).
NOTE: Do not use pliers. Pliers will damage the relays, which could cause the engine to stall or not start.
Installation
1. Install the passenger's under-dash fuse/relay box in the reverse order of removal.
2. Install the relays and connectors to the passenger's under-dash fuse/relay box.
3. Install the removed parts in the reverse order of removal.
4. Do the battery terminal reconnection procedure. See: Starting and Charging/Battery/Service and Repair/Procedures
5. Confirm that all systems work properly.
