73. Install the two pipe clamps as shown.
74. Connect the air tube between the right and left boot, and install it in the clips of the pipe clamps.
75. Install the new boot bands on the boot, and bend both sets of locking tabs.
76. Lightly tap on the doubled-over portions to reduce their height.
CAUTION: Stake the band locking tabs firmly.
77. Slide the rack right and led to be certain that the boots are not deformed or twisted.
