Headliner Sags at Moonroof Opening

SYMPTOM
The headliner sags at the rear of the moonroof opening.
PROBABLE CAUSE
The fasteners that hold the headliner to the moon roof pan do not stick.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Replace the headliner fasteners.

REPAIR PROCEDURE

Service Manual, the 07-08 TL Service Manual, or ISIS before doing this repair.
1.
Open the moonroof completely.
2.
Pull down the front door opening trim at the A-pillar and headliner on the driver's and passenger's sides.
