Remove both A-pillar trim pieces:

Pry up the A-pillar cap until it stops so the tapered pin on the cap releases the grommet.

Pull the A-pillar trim back to detach the clip, and pull the trim up.
4.
Remove the grab handle by removing its caps and self-tapping screws.
5.
Remove both sunvisors:

Using a trim tool, release the tabs, then remove the sunvisor cap from the bracket.

Remove the two self-tapping screws, then detach the sunvisor from its holder.
^
Disconnect the vanity mirror light connector.
6.
Remove both sunvisor holders: Using a flat-tip screwdriver, push the hook, turn the holder 900, and pull it out.
