12. Check for continuity between body ground and HandsFreeLink control unit 28P connector terminal No. 3.
Is there continuity?
YES - Repair short to body ground in the wire between HandsFreeLink control unit and audio unit.
NO - Substitute a Known-good HandsFreeLink control unit and recheck. If the symptom/indication goes away, replace the original HandsFreeLink
control unit If the symptom/indication is still present, replace the audio unit.
