Rear Door Window Glass Weatherstrip: Service and Repair

Rear Door Glass Outer Weatherstrip Replacement

NOTE:

-

Put on gloves to protect your hands.

-

Take care not to scratch the door.

1. Remove these items:

-

Door panel bracket  See: Doors, Hood and Trunk/Doors/Rear Door/Rear Door Window Glass/Service and Repair

-

Door pad  See: Doors, Hood and Trunk/Doors/Rear Door/Rear Door Panel/Service and Repair/Rear Door Pad Replacement

Rear pillar inner trim  See: Doors, Hood and Trunk/Doors/Rear Door/Rear Door Window Glass/Service and Repair

2. Raise the glass fully.

3. Remove the screws (A, B).

4. From the inside of the door, slide the clips (A) on the door glass outer weatherstrip (B) to release the hooks (C) from the flanges (D) on the door .
