5. Remove the flange bolt (B) while holding the caliper pin (C) with a wrench. Be careful not to damage the pin boot, and pivot the caliper (D) up out
of the way. Check the hose and the pin boots for damage and deterioration.
6. Remove the pad shims (A) and the brake pads (B).
7. Remove the upper and lower pad retainers (A).
NOTE: The upper and lower pad retainers are different. During installation, make sure the pad retainers are in their proper positions.
