Front Door Sash Inner Trim Replacement
Front Door Sash Inner Trim Replacement
NOTE: Take care not to scratch the door.
1. Remove there items:
-
Door panel See: Front Door Panel Removal/Installation
-
Door end trim See: Front Door Panel Removal/Installation
2. Lower the glass fully.
3. Remove the door sash inner trim (A).
-1 Detach the clips (B, C) fastening the trim.
-2 Pull back along the outside edge of the trim to release the hook strip (D) from the door glass opening flange at the A-pillar portion and the roof
portion of the door sash.
-3 Pull back along the outside edge of the trim to release the hook strip (E) from the door glass opening flange at the B-pillar portion of the door
sash.
-4 If necessary, release the clip (F) from the door panel.
4. Install the trim in the reverse order of removal, and note these items:
-
If the clips are damaged or stress-whitened, replace them with new ones.

Push the hook strips and the clips into place securely.
