TL FWD V6-3.5L (2009)
3. While pushing down the return spring (A), pull back the accelerator pedal (B) to release the hook (C).
4. Remove the footrest (A) by pulling it to detach the clips.
5. Remove the bolts, then remove the yaw rate-lateral acceleration sensor mounting bracket (A). Detach the harness clips (C), and remove the ground
bolt (D) with a TORX T30 bit. Disconnect the SRS unit connector B.
6. Remove the clips (A). Detach the clips (B) fastening the carpet to both door sill areas.
7. Pull the front carpet (C) out from under the dashboard, then remove the carpet.
