Remove the screw, then remove the opener assembly from the front door sill trim.
6.
Install the opener assembly. Reinstall removed parts in the reverse order of removal, and note these items:

Make sure the opener cable is attached at the same groove.

Make sure the trunk lid and the fuel fill door open properly and lock securely.
