Rear Door Exterior Handle: Service and Repair
Rear Door Outer Handle Replacement
NOTE:

Put on gloves to protect your hands.

Take care not to scratch the door.
-
Use a clip remover to disconnect the outer handle rod.
1. Remove these items:

Door panel See: Rear Door Panel/Service and Repair/Rear Door Panel Removal/Installation

Inner handle See: Rear Door Panel/Service and Repair/Rear Door Panel Removal/Installation

Door sash inner trim See: Rear Door Panel/Service and Repair/Rear Door Sash Inner Trim Replacement
2. Remove the bolts from back of the door (A).
3. Detach the clips with a clip remover, then pull back the door weatherstrip (A). Remove the screws securing the door outer handle (B).
