Cowl Moulding / Trim: Service and Repair
Cowl Cover Replacement

KTC Trim Tool Set SOJATP2014

NOTE:
-
Take care not to scratch the cowl cover or the body.

Use the appropriate tool from the KTC trim tool set to avoid damage when removing components.
1. Remove these items:

Front fender trims, both sides

Windshield wiper arms See: Wiper and Washer Systems/Wiper Arm/Service and Repair
2. Detach the clips securing the cowl cover (A) with a trim tool.
3. If necessary, remove the hood rear seal (B) from the hooks (12 places) (C).
4. Remove the cowl cover (A).
1. Detach the clips (B, C).
2. Release the hooks (D) of the hood hinge covers (E) from the windshield side trim (F).
3. Pull the cover forward to release the hooks (G).
