10. Reinstall all remaining removed parts.
11. Check the glass rear gap seal for kinks or bindings after opening and closing the moving glass panel.
Side Seal
NOTE: The illustrations show the case that the moving glass panel is removed.
1. Remove the windshield side trim See: Exterior Moulding / Trim/Windshield Moulding / Trim/Service and Repair.
2. Open the moving glass panel. If required, remove the moving glass panel See: Sunroof / Moonroof Panel/Service and Repair.
3. Start at the moving glass panel opening, remove the side seal (A) around the front fixed glass panel (B) and the rear fixed glass panel (C).
4. Scrape off the remaining double-sided adhesive tape (A) with a putty knife from the housing.
NOTE: Do not scrape down to the painted surface of the body; damaged paint will interface with proper bonding.
