2. Move the driver's and passenger's seats all way to the rear position.
3. Turn the ignition switch to LOCK (0), or press the engine start/stop button to select the OFF mode. Do the battery terminal disconnection
procedure See: Starting and Charging/Battery/Service and Repair/Procedures, then wait at least 3 minutes before starting work.
Driver's Airbag
4. Remove the access panel (A) from the steering wheel, then disconnect the driver's airbag inflator 4P connector (B) on the cable reel harness.
Front Passenger's Airbag
5. Remove the glove box See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Glove Compartment/Service and Repair/Glove Box Removal/Installation.
6. Detach the harness clips. Pull down the wire harness, then disconnect the front passenger's airbag inflator 4P connector (A) on the dashboard wire
harness.
Side Airbag
7. Disconnect the driver's and the front passenger's side airbag inflator 2P connectors (A) on the floor wire harness.
