ATF Replacement
ATF Replacement
NOTE: Keep all foreign particles out of the transmission.
1. Park the vehicle on the level ground.
2. Warm up the engine to normal operating temperature (the radiator fan comes on), and turn the engine off.
3. Raise the vehicle on a lift, make sure it is securely supported.
4. Remove the engine undercover.
5. Remove the air cleaner See: Filters/Air Cleaner Housing/Service and Repair.
6. Remove the intake air duct See: Transmission and Drivetrain/Automatic Transmission/Transaxle/Service and Repair/Removal and
Replacement/Automatic Transmission Removal.
7. Remove the ATF filler bolt (A) and the sealing washer (B).
