Positioning
- Correctly position the windscreen frame and overlap onto the vehicle as indicated.
- Using the front windscreen and the rear doors as a guide, check the correct alignment of the components.
- Secure the components to be welded and mate the edges.
- Using a jig saw, trim the sheet metal and remove the excess without damaging the underlying parts.
