CONNECT AUDIO NOT WORKING

Audio not present from all sources (radio, CD, phone, navigation system)

1CHECK USING DIAGNOSTIC EQUIPMENTALL OKPROBLEMS ENCOUNTEREDACTION
Connect to the Connect using the diagnostic equipment and check for the presence of any errors, also check that the radio controls on the steering wheel are working properly.Move on to Step 21.Speaker wiring broken/short circuited1.Restore the correct wiring
2.Speakers defective

2.Replace front speakers

Op. 5570T90 FRONT SPEAKER (ONE), LEFT OR RIGHT - R.R

or rear speakers

Op. 5570T96 REAR SIDE SPEAKER (ONE), LEFT OR RIGHT- R.R

3.Radio controls defective3. Restore the correct operation of the controls.
2ELECTRICAL CONNECTION CHECKALL OKPROBLEMS ENCOUNTEREDACTION

Release the Connect from the dashboard and check that the connection with the speakers is properly fitted

Check the audio controls on the steering wheel if present.

Move on to Step 31.Speaker output connection at the Connect not properly connected.1.Connect the connection correctly.
2.Audio controls on steering wheel defective.2.Restore the correct operation.

Check the presence of the audio signals see wiring diagram

Move on to Step 5 for versions without Bose systemAudio signals at the Connect output interrupted because the final audio stage is interrupted.Replace Connect

Check that the audio amplifier is correctly supplied by following

Move on to Step 51. Amplifier not correctly supplied1. Restore correct power supply.
2. Amplifier defective2. Replace audio amplifier
3. Wiring defective between Connect and audio amplifier.3. Restore correct wiring.
