FRONT DOOR WATER PENETRATION

After rain or washing, water penetration in the area of one of the doors is noticed

1	DOOR RAIN GUTTER CHECK	All OK	Problems encountered	Operation
	Check the door rain gutter. In particular, check: - for dirt, leaves etc. - that it is correctly fitted in the area of the corner (the seal should not cover the special air inlet opening)	Move on to Step 2	Dirt in the rain gutter	Clean the rain gutter
		Move on to Step 2	Rain gutter fitting faulty	Refit the rain gutter correctly Op. 7055A12 RAIN GUTTER MOULDING ON ROOF - R.R.
2	DOOR HOUSING SEAL CHECK	All OK	Problems encountered	Operation
	Check the door housing seal. In particular, check: - for kinks in the seal - the condition of the seal.	Move on to Step 3	Seal not correctly fitted	Refit correctly. If necesssary, replace the seal Op. 7005A34 FRONT SIDE DOOR COMPARTMENT SEAL - R.R
		Move on to Step 3	Seal faulty	Replace the seal Op. 7005A34 FRONT SIDE DOOR COMPARTMENT SEAL - R.R
3	DOOR ALIGNMENT CHECK	All OK	Problems encountered	Operation
	Check the fitting of the door. In particular, check: - correct alignment of the door-housing - seal adheres correctly to the door	Move on to Step 4	Door fitting faulty	Restore the alignment of the door Op. 7005A14 FRONT SIDE DOOR - ADJUST CENTERING AND MOULDING - INCLUDES ADAPTATION OF HINGES AND SEALS ON DOOR COMPARTMENT
4	MOVING GLASS CHECK	All OK	Problems encountered	Operation
	Check the moving glass seal. In particular, make sure: - that the glass is properly closed - the glass channel is correctly positioned - the glass scraper is correctly fitted	Move on to Step 5	Channel fitting faulty	Refit the channel correctly Op. 7005D29 FRONT CHANNEL/SEAL FOR FRONT SIDE DOOR LOWERING WINDOW GLASS (ONE), LEFT OR RIGHT - R.R.
			Glass fitting faulty	Refit the window opening mechanism and the moving glass correctly Op. 7005D11 LOWERING WINDOW (ONE), LEFT OR RIGHT FOR FRONT SIDE DOOR - CHECK SLIDING - INCLUDES POSITIONING GUIDES, POSITIONING AND FASTENING WINDOW SUPPORT TO CONTROL
			Glass scraper fitting faulty	Refit the glass scraper correctly Op. 7005D26 FRONT SIDE DESCENDING WINDOW GLASS SCRAPER (OUTER) (ONE), LEFT OR RIGHT- R.R
5	DOOR DRAINAGE CHECK	All OK	Problems encountered	Operation
	Check the drainage openings in the lower part of the door. In particular, check for dirt, leaves, etc.	End of diagnosis	Dirt in the drains	Clean the drains. If necessary, refit the seal correctly Op. 7005A50 FRONT SIDE DOOR WEATHERSTRIP - R.R.
