Air Door Actuator / Motor: Service and Repair
Fresh Air/Recirculating Flap Vacuum Motor
Removal
1. Vacuum servo can only be replaced when the evaporator housing is removed. Perform procedure described in "Evaporator Housing, Service and
Repair" and include the following steps.
After removing evaporator housing assembly,
2. Remove screw for vacuum servo.
3. Remove vacuum servo.
INSTALLATION
Installation is the reverse of removal.
NOTE: Length of the vacuum servo arm is adjustable.
ADJUSTING

Remove clip B.
-
Adjust arm length X, approximately 50 mm (2 inches).

Install clip B.
