Removing and installing ambient temperature sensorG17
Removing and installing ambient temperature sensor -G17-
  Note
t  „Read measured values“ in the „Guided fault-finding“ function, dash panel insert → Vehicle diagnostic tester
t  An incorrect ambient temperature sensor -G17- measured value may lead to problems with air conditioner control → Vehicle diagnostic tester, „Guided fault-finding“ function, dash panel insert.
   
Removing
–  Remove the front bumper cover → Rep. gr.63.
–  Carefully squeeze the retaining clips -arrow- and lift the ambient temperature sensor -G17--Item 2- out of the holder.
–  Unplug the connector -1-.
Installing
Install in reverse order, paying attention to the following:
–  Install the front bumper cover → Rep. gr.63.
