Torque wrench -V.A.G 1331-

Ring spanner insert -V.A.G 1331/3-
Removing
–
Remove noise insulation
→ Rep. gr.66
.
–
Disconnect drive shaft (right-side) from gearbox and secure with wire.
–
Remove bolts
-arrows-
on both sides.
–
Pull anti-roll bar clamp off rubber bush.
–
Detach rubber bush from anti-roll bar.
Installing
–
Fit new rubber bush

on anti-roll bar via opening

Note

Ensure that the outer edge of rubber bush

lies against stop

Depending on version, the stop
-2-
can be located on the left or on the right of the rubber bush.

Secure clamps to subframe

Secure drive shaft (right-side) to gearbox.
Tightening torque
→ Chapter „Exploded view - subframe, swivel joint, wishbone, anti-roll bar, coupling rod“
Tightening torque
→ Chapter „Exploded view - drive shaft with constant velocity joint VL90 or VL100“
Tightening torque
→ Chapter „Exploded view - drive shaft with constant velocity joint VL107“
Tightening torque
→ Chapter „Exploded view - drive shaft with triple roller joint AAR 2000/108“
–
Fit noise insulation
→ Rep. gr.66
