Installing windscreen
   
Installing windscreen
–  Apply adhesive after completing the preparations.
–  Apply full surface of nozzle -2- to windscreen.
–  Direction of application -arrow- for adhesive bead -1-.
  Note
  A64-0191
The cross-section of the adhesive bead is determined by the nozzle opening and the rate of application.

3 - Windscreen
l  Dimension -a- = 8 mm ± 2 mm.
l  Dimension -b- = 13.5 mm ± 2 mm.
l  Dimension -c-: note different distances from edge of windscreen.

–  Apply adhesive sealant all round as shown.
–  Install windscreen glass in windscreen opening using two double suction lifters.
  Caution
Windscreen must be fitted within 10 minutes, otherwise the adhesive properties of the adhesive sealant will be impaired.
–  Note minimum drying times → Chapter.
–  Reattach stickers affixed to windscreen (e.g. safety warning for airbag) at same locations on new windscreen → Chapter.
