Important
The brake pedal travel must not be shortened by additional floor coverings.

Lubricate all bearings with grease, Part No. G 000 602 prior to assembly.

  • Bulkhead
  • Mounting bracket for pedal cluster
  • Hexagon nut, 25 Nm
  • Bush for brake pedal
  • Self-locking hexagon nut, 20 Nm
    • ◆ 2 off
  • Self-locking hexagon nut, 28 Nm

  • Brake light switch
    • ◆ Before installing brake light switch, clip brake pedal to brake servo push rod
    • ◆ Before installing pull plunger out completely
    • ◆ Press brake pedal down as far as possible by hand.
    • ◆ Guide switch through mounting hole and install by turning 90° anti-clockwise
    • ◆ Release brake pedal
    • ◆ Plug in connector for brake pedal
    • ◆ Adjusting, removing and installing brake light switch
    • ◆ Check function of brake lights

    • ◆ 3 off, for attaching pedal cluster for clutch
  • Mounting bracket for clutch pedal
  • Brake servo
    • ◆ Detach brake pedal from brake servo
    • ◆ Removing and installing
