Removing
   
–  Detach the panel for the heater controls -A- (lever off with a small screwdriver, if necessary).
–  Release the catches -B-.
–  Detach the section of heater controls with the electronics -C-.
–  Unplug the connectors for the heater control electronics.

–  Remove the bolts -A-.
–  Remove the radio or radio-navigation system →  Radio, Telephone and Navigation System; Repair group 91; Navigation system; Removing and installing navigation components

–  Reach through the radio opening and release the catches -A- of both flexible shafts -B-.
–  Reach through the radio opening and remove the base plate of the heater controls.
