q	For selector shaft

q	Driving out → Fig.

q	Driving in → Fig.

2 -	Selector shaft with selector mechanism cover

q	Renew together

3 -	Locking pin

q	For adjusting selector mechanism

q	Removing → Fig.

q	Driving in → Fig.

4 -	Relay lever

q	Installation position → Fig.

5 -	Bearing bush

Seal

q	Lever out with screwdriver

q	Fitting → Fig.

Cap

q	For gearbox breather

8 -	Gearbox selector lever

q	Install so that gap in splines aligns with selector shaft → Fig.

q	Can be renewed with selector mechanism installed

q	Installation position → Fig.

Nut

20 Nm

q	Self-locking

q	Always renew

10 -	Securing clip

Removing locking pin -A- from selector mechanism cover –  Remove outer part of retaining pin. –  Then lever out locking pin carefully using a screwdriver.

Driving locking pin -A- into selector mechanism cover Installation position: Marking -1- points towards marking -2- on selector mechanism cover.

Installing oil seal -A- onto stop

Installing gearbox selector lever –  When installing gearbox selector lever, make sure that the gap in the splines -arrow A- aligns with the wider spline -arrow B- on the selector shaft.
