Removing and installing vibration damper
Removing and installing vibration damper
   
Removing
–  Remove poly V-belt → Chapter.
–  Unbolt vibration damper; counterhold on centre bolt with ring spanner.

Installing
Installation is carried out in the reverse order; note the following:
  Note
Renew bolts for vibration damper. Use only genuine bolts → Parts catalogue.
l  The vibration damper can only be installed in one position. The hole in the vibration damper must be located over the projection on the toothed belt sprocket -arrow-.
–  Install poly V-belt → Chapter.
Tightening torque
  A13-0134

Vibration damper to crankshaft sprocket10 + 90° 1)2)
l  1) Renew bolts.
l  2) 90° = one quarter turn.
