Assembling wishbone and suspension bracket
Assembling wishbone and suspension bracket
–  Coat hexagon flats of wishbone with assembly lubricating oil -G 294 421 A1- (diluted 1:20).
   
–  Press wishbone into suspension bracket.
  Note!
Note installation position of wishbone in relation to suspension bracket when pressing in. The flats on the wishbone must align with the flats in the suspension bracket bush.

Checking dimensions
t  Distance -a- between front stop washer and wishbone must be 2.8 +0.45/-0.7 mm.
t  Distance -b- between rear stop washer and wishbone must be 1.4 ± 0.6 mm.
t  There must be zero gap between rear stop washer and suspension bracket -arrow-.
