Special tools and workshop equipment required
t  Drip tray
   
Removing
–  Detach the noise insulation -arrows-.
–  Remove the left wheel housing liner → Rep. Gr.66.

–  Unclip the bleeder hose -1- at the holder -arrow-.
–  Pull the flexible pipe -2- out of the washer fluid reservoir.
  Note
The bumper has been removed in the illustration.
  A63-0104
–  Remove bolts -1- and -3-.
–  Place a drip tray beneath the washer fluid reservoir.
–  Detach the washer fluid pipe -5- at the washer fluid pump.
–  Unplug the connector -4-.
–  Lift the washer fluid reservoir -2- out of the guide ring.

–  If applicable, unplug the connector -arrow- at the washer fluid warning contact -F77-.
  Note
The bumper has been removed in the illustration.

Installing
Install in reverse order, paying attention to the following:
l  The fluid hose must be heard to engage in the washer fluid pump connection.
–  Insert the bleeder hose -1- in the clip and measure the distance -a-.
l  Dimension -a- = 3 mm
–  Fit the left wheel housing liner → Rep. Gr.66.
