Bolt

‹› Tightening order, refer to => [ Transmission Side Sealing Flange, Tightening Sequence ]

Intermediate plate

‹› Must be located on dowel sleeves

‹› Do not damage or bend when doing assembly work

Bolt

‹› For dual-mass flywheel/drive plate

‹› 60 Nm + plus an additional 90° turn

‹› Replace

Dual mass flywheel

‹› Dual Mass Flywheel, Removing and Installing. Refer to => [ Dual Mass Flywheel ] See: Transmission and Drivetrain/Flywheel/Service and

Repair.

‹› Only possible to install in one position. The holes are offset.

Fitting pin

Transmission Side Sealing Flange, Tightening Sequence

-

Tighten the bolts - 1 through 8 - in the sequence shown:

-

1. Tighten the bolts hand-tight.

-

2. Tighten the bolts to 9 Nm.
