• Window slot strip
• ◆ Door sub-frame removed.
• ◆ To remove:
• ‒ Unscrew pin from expanding clip -2-.
• ‒ Lever out pin -arrow- in area of pillar -B- and remove window slot strip.
• ‒ Only press in pin on installation.
• Expanding clip
• Front door
• Bellows
• Hexagon bolt
• ◆ 8 Nm
• Impact bar
• ◆ Door sub-frame removed.
• ‒ Unscrew hexagon nuts -5- and remove side impact bar.

Fig1→     Fitting side padding.

• ‒ Bonding surfaces for side padding must be clean and free from grease.
• ‒ Pull protective film off side padding, insert in side impact protection -2- and press firmly into front door as shown.
• ‒ Dimension -a- = 67mm ±5mm.
