• ‒ Remove moulded headlining before dismantling guide plate.

=> General Body Assembly, Interior; Repair group 70; Trims

• ‒ Remove sun roof motor.
• ‒ Remove drain hoses off frame.
• ‒ → Unscrew nuts -1- and remove frame.
• ‒ On installation tighten nuts to 8 Nm starting in front centre.

• ‒ → Release catch in direction of arrow and detach cap to front.
• ‒ Unscrew bolt -1- and remove stop at rear guide rail.
• ‒ Tightening torque 3.5 Nm.

• ‒ → Pull locating hook guide -1- as well as front and rear guides with cable and guide plate backwards out of guide rail -2-.

Note:

Always replace guides with cable in pairs.

• ‒ Push new guide plates into frame as far as zero setting .
