Removing and installing central flap positioning motor -V70

  • ‒ Remove footwell vent .
  • ‒ → Detach connector -A-.
  • ‒ Remove bolts -B- (3x).
  • ‒ Disengage actuating arm and remove positioning motor.

Installation notes:

  • ◆ Always perform self-diagnosis of air conditioner following installation (=> Page 01-11).
  • ◆ When installing the positioning motor, ensure that actuating arm - Check -C- is correctly seated.
  • ◆ Fit the wiring harness so that it cannot come into contact with moving parts (e.g. the positioning motor lever).
