Removing and installing clutch release bearing with release lever and guide sleeve
Removing and installing clutch release bearing with release lever and guide sleeve
Removing
l  Gearbox removed → Chapter
   
–  Unhook spring -arrow- from clutch release lever.
–  Remove bolts -1- and -2-.
–  Remove release lever with release bearing and guide sleeve.

–  Rotate guide sleeve -1- approx. 90° in -direction of arrow-.
–  Pull guide sleeve -1- out of release bearing -3-.
–  Press the two retaining tabs -4- together and pull release bearing -3- off release lever -2-.
Installing
Installation is carried out in reverse sequence; note the following:
  A30-0109
–  Press release bearing -A- into clutch release lever until both retaining tabs -arrows- engage.
  A30-0068
–  Lubricate surface on release lever which contacts ball-head pin with grease -G 000 100-.
–  Attach retaining spring to clutch release lever -arrow-.
–  Insert clutch release lever together with release bearing and guide sleeve.
–  Engage retaining spring -arrow- on ball-head pin.
–  Tighten bolts -1- and -2-. Tightening torque → Item
