Hose clip pliers -VAS 6362-
Removing
–
Drain coolant
→ Chapter
.
–
Remove catalytic converter
→ Chapter
.
Note
Place a cloth underneath to catch escaping engine oil.
–
Unscrew bolts
-1-
and
-2-
and remove oil return pipe for turbocharger.
–
Remove bolts
-1-
and
-2-
and detach coolant pipes (front) from engine oil cooler.

Detach coolant hoses

Installing
l
Tightening torques
→ Chapter
Installation is carried out in the reverse order; note the following:
–
Install oil return pipe for turbocharger
→ Chapter
.
–
Install catalytic converter
→ Chapter
.
–
Fill up with coolant
→ Anchor
.
