q   Removing and installing → Chapter
9 - Seal
10 - Bolt
q   5 Nm
11 - Mounting
12 - Mounting
13 - Air hose
14 - Air hose
15 - Air pipe (right-side)
16 - Bolt
q   5 Nm
17 - Charge pressure sender -G31-/intake air temperature sender -G42-
q   Removing and installing → Chapter
18 - O-ring
q   Renew

   
Installing air hoses with screw-type clips
  Note
t  Hose connections and air pipes and hoses must be free of oil and grease before assembly.
t  Secure all hose connections with the correct type of hose clips (same as original equipment) → Electronic parts catalogue.
t  To ensure that the air hoses can be properly secured at their connections, spray rust remover onto the worm thread of used hose clips before installing.
Tightening torque for
1 - Hose clip -a- = 13 mm wide: 5.5 Nm
2 - Hose clip -b- = 9 mm wide: 3 Nm
