Procedure
l  Vacuum hoses and hose connections do not leak.
l  Vacuum hoses are not clogged.
–  Disconnect hose for secondary air system -arrow- and connect test hose to hose leading to combination valve for secondary air system.
–  Blow lightly into test hose with your mouth (do not use compressed air).
l  The combination valve for secondary air system should be closed; it should not be possible to blow through the hose.
–  Blow into test hose with your mouth using more pressure (do not use compressed air).
l  The combination valve for secondary air system should open; it should now be possible to blow through the hose.
–  Renew combination valve for secondary air if you cannot determine the switching point → Chapter.
