q | Renew banjo bolt |

q | Install fuel pipe so it is free of tension (all parts must be clean) |
6 - | Banjo bolt with tapered sealing seat |
q | Connection for high-pressure fuel pipe leading to fuel rail |
q | Counterhold connection on high-pressure pump when loosening |
q | Renew banjo bolt |
q | 25 Nm |
q | Install fuel pipe so it is free of tension (all parts must be clean) |
7 - | High-pressure fuel pipe |
q | Fuel pressure in high-pressure pipe can be up to 120 bar! Wear safety goggles and protective clothing to avoid possible injury and skin contact. Wrap a cloth around the connection before loosening the fuel pipes. Then dissipate pressure by carefully slackening banjo bolts |
