1 - Air mass meter -G70-
q   Renewing seal and ensuring that seal is correctly seated → Fig.
q   Removing and installing → Chapter
2 - Bolt
q   3 Nm
3 - Air cleaner housing (top section/engine cover panel)
q   Clean any salt deposits or leaves and dirt out of air cleaner housing (top section)
q   Always follow exact instructions for removal (risk of breaking engine cover panel)
q   Removing and installing → Chapter
4 - Spring-type clip
5 - Intake air duct
q   To air cleaner housing
q   Clean any leaves and dirt out of intake air duct
6 - Filter element
q   Always use genuine part for air filter element
q   Removing and installing → Chapter
q   Observe change intervals → Booklet808
7 - Air cleaner housing (bottom section)
q   Clean any salt deposits or leaves and dirt out of air cleaner housing (bottom section)
8 - Bolt
q   3 Nm
9 - Heat shield
10 - Rubber sleeve
q   Note assembly markings
11 - Air hose
q   Note assembly markings
q   To turbocharger
q   Check air intake hose for dirt and leaves

   
Installation position of seal -2- for air mass meter -G70--1-
Smooth side of seal must make contact with air mass meter -G70- (see detail in illustration).
