Dimension - a - = 8 mm.

Dimension - b - = 12 mm.

Dimension - c - = 8 mm to edge of window (all around). 

Window Flange Reworked

-

If windshield flange has been repaired or replaced, paint structure should be restored and if necessary, corrosion repair measures should be taken. 

-

First clean the area with D 0090 401 04, then prime it with D 009 200 02.

-

After performing preparatory work, cut tip off nozzle as shown.

Dimension - a - 12mm.

-

Adhesive bead width: 8 mm.
